Week after support week

I think I should write in reverse chronological order for this blog (especially given that a blog, by convention is always reverse chronological)

Tuesday after work, went for a  run with Wing. He took me on a different route than the one I usually take, one starting on broadway. It was also the longest run I have done, running 3.9 miles at 6.9 mph. That speed does seem crazy, because I did feel I was actually running a tad slower than usual. But at no point did I stop and walk even just a bit.

Cool day, Monday, but didn’t get a chance to run during lunch time. It had been raining in the afternoon, but by the time I got home, it had stopped and it was cool and pleasant. I decided to run a short run, butalso decided I would break the 6mph average speed barrier that I have had. West street was a good one way street to run on, but Summit isn’t that great, so I will look for a different route the next time.

With me being on support at work, I didn’t get a chance to go running all week. I wound up staying late at work during most of the week. However, I did get a short workout on Tuesday. 20 minson elliptical, and then three sets of bicep curls. Didchest and deltoids machines for 3 set each.

I woke up late on Saturday but even at 9:30 it was nice outside so decided to go for a run. Went down east and then to this spot where there’s a one way down to the viaduct. Came up the via duct and ran thru some of the nicer houses in Union city that I have seen.
